Passlume is a digital photo preparation service from Darbaz AS, organisation 931122851, Nordbyringen 22C, 2069 Jessheim, Norway. Contact post@bilforalle.no. One purchase covers one applicant and the selected document route. You receive a digital JPG; a ZIP download may contain the same JPG. Printed photos, print-sheet PDFs, government fees, submission, photo codes are not included. Human review is included only when you select and pay for the optional expert review add-on. Printing is arranged and paid for separately.
Expert photo review add-on
The optional expert review costs EUR 3.99 in addition to the standard photo, or the displayed local-currency price, including applicable tax. Your photo is personally reviewed by our team, with adjustments only where permitted by your document requirements. Delivery is within 12–24 hours after confirmed payment. If we need a new photo, we explain what to change; replacement review is included and takes 12–24 hours after receipt. Submit a replacement before the expiry shown in your account. The final photo is released only after personal approval and remains downloadable for 24 hours. Review does not guarantee official acceptance and cannot restore detail missing from a blurry photograph.
Starting the review service and withdrawal
At checkout you expressly request that review work starts before the statutory withdrawal period ends. Any applicable withdrawal right for this service ends only after it is fully performed, with your prior acknowledgement. To withdraw before completion, contact us through the contact form or post@bilforalle.no with your order reference. If applicable law permits, a proportionate charge may apply to work already performed at your express request. Your rights for defective, misdescribed or undelivered services remain. The standard instant digital-delivery terms do not mean that selecting review itself waives the service withdrawal right.
Check your application route
Use a recent original photograph that you have permission to use. Select the correct document and application route and review the issuing authority’s current rules. Automated checks provide guidance and can miss problems. They are not government approval. Infant and medical-exception workflows are not supported in this version. We do not guarantee acceptance; the authority makes that decision. This does not limit your rights if our product is defective or misdescribed.
Price and payment
The final price and currency, including applicable tax, appear before payment. This is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Downloads are released only after the server verifies payment. Local test payments are clearly marked and do not charge a card.
Delivery and account access
For standard orders, prepared files are available for 24 hours after checkout begins, with deletion scheduled within the following hour. Save your files promptly. You may use the private order link or verify your checkout email to access orders in an optional account. Keep private links confidential. An account cannot restore expired or deleted photographs. Browser access and downloading require an internet connection. JPG files can be opened with standard photo software.
Immediate delivery and withdrawal
For standard orders, before payment you must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to withdraw once digital delivery starts, only where all legal requirements for that exception are met. We record that consent and include it with the order confirmation. If the exception does not apply, any statutory withdrawal right remains available, including the usual 14-day period where applicable. Problems, complaints and applicable rights
See the Refunds policy for incorrect files, failed delivery and duplicate charges. Contact us first with your order reference and a description of the problem. Norwegian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. You may seek assistance from Forbrukertilsynet or the competent consumer dispute body. These terms do not exclude statutory remedies.
